Advice for Road Runners: The Nike Men's Streakfly are Nike's lightest Road Racing Shoes.
As they're so light and responsive, they're perfect for racing 5K and 10K events.
Underfoot Feel
The Nike Men's Streakfly Road Racing Shoes feature a full-length ZoomX midsole. In contrast to the Nike Vaporfly Road Racing Shoes, the foam stack heights are lower. This saves weight and offers a more aggressive feel.
The end result should be a very light and responsive experience. Perfect for helping you respond to changes of pace and making you feel confident around tight turns.
Confidence should be further improved by the outsole pattern. Traction is placed in the areas where you need it most.
Upper Fit
To complete the fast feel, the Nike Streakfly Road Racing Shoes utilise an ultra-thin knit upper. Extra reinforcement in the forefoot should keep your feet feeling secure. Whilst a laterally offset lacing system and notched tongue help eliminate lace pressure.
Ideal Run Type
Just as it's written on the shoes, the Nike Men's Streakfly Road Racing Shoes are best for 5K and 10K races. However, these should also be a great choice for short and fast-paced intervals. For example, 10 x 400 metres or 5 x 1 kilometre reps.
If you're racing longer distance events, we recommend choosing the Nike Vaporfly 3 or Nike Alphafly 3 Road Racing Shoes.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
