Advice for Road Runners: All of the running shoes we stock at Run4It offer cushioning and protection. However, some models offer more than others. The Nike Women's Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes sit at the top of the spectrum and offer the highest levels of cushioning.
Underfoot Feel
The soft ZoomX foam delivers an almost pillow-like sensation at landing. However, as you start to apply force to the midsole, you'll experience the incredible energy return on offer from ZoomX foam.
As the Nike Invincible 3 midsole is also curved from heel-to-toe, transitions from landing to take-off should feel smoother.
Whilst higher-stacked running shoes can feel slightly less stable at times, specific midsole sculpting improves underfoot stability. The wide midsole base is also inherently stable.
Upper Fit
An evolved Flyknit upper feels soft and breathable. One of the main benefits of this fabric is how durable it is.
The Nike Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes should feel spacious in the toe box. Whilst the heel counter offers a lot of support, some runners use the extra eyelet to improve lockdown.
Ideal Run Type
If you're trying to increase your running distances, or make your daily miles feel easier, we highly recommend that you consider the Nike Women's Invincible 3 Road Running Shoes. This is because the ultra-protective and energetic cushioning offers a lot of help for your feet and legs.

Sizing Advice
Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.
Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).
This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
